Due to the bespoke nature of our silicone art craftsmanship, we have a strict return policy.
- Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for non-defective items once the packaging has been opened.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
